Describe your project :
As WHO definition of health, "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." Noor, is a mindfulness and coaching mobile app in Arabic language that provides guided meditations, self care, spiritual and personal development resources that improves mental health and wellbeing as well as social and emotional skills for youth and women. The application aims to increase wellbeing, mental health, mindfulness, consciousness, and personal development. It contains various guided meditations to reduce stress and anxiety with different durations to suit individuals who are short in time. It also contains coaching modules tailored to suit different stages of social and emotional growth with ability to join like minded individuals through communities under certain topics to foster healing and growth within groups and insure application and self reflection. The goal of the application is to improve the quality of life through social and emotional growth to live it with less stress and more joy. It suits both beginners and advanced meditators, and self help seekers and it addresses many topics under the areas of relationships, mental health and abundance using both guided meditations and coaching modules. Examples of topics include, reducing anxiety and stress, happiness, letting go, gratitude, self love, abundance, success, self-confidence, healthy relationships, peace, mindfulness and many others.
