Describe your project :
Our project Fruitful, aims to address two pressing issues: food waste and the demand for healthy, sustainable snacks. We collaborate with fruit and vegetable stores, hotels, and restaurants to obtain semi-damaged or unsuitable produce, which is still of high quality, for our drying operations. Using solar-powered drying ovens, we transform this surplus produce into premium dried fruit and vegetable snacks, free from preservatives. Our products offer consumers a natural and healthy alternative to processed snacks, contributing to a reduction in food waste and promoting environmental sustainability. By leveraging technology and sustainable practices, we ensure that our project aligns with the growing consumer demand for healthier snack options while also tackling the global issue of food waste.
