Describe your project :
NIYA Bank offers a comprehensive solution aimed at modernizing financial transactions in Morocco. We want to develop an innovative mobile application tailored specifically for the Moroccan market. Drawing inspiration from the success stories of platforms like Papara in Turkey, Venmo in the USA, and NU Bank in Brazil, our app facilitates fast and secure national money transfers, completely fee-free, with a virtual card feature for added security. We also hope to partner with utility providers to introduce a payment gateway, streamlining bill payments and eliminating in-person visits and cash transactions. Available in three languages—Arabic, English, and French—our card reader targets bustling souks and highly touristic cities such as Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech, and Tangier. Tourists often encounter challenges related to accessing cash and navigating high transaction fees–which limit spending. Our card reader streamlines transactions which leads to increased sales and enhances economic productivity. To encourage adoption, we offer a 30-day trial period for workers to experience the benefits firsthand. This enables them to monitor their transactions and manage their finances with ease By empowering businesses with the tools they need to thrive in today's digital economy, we contribute to the overall economic growth and prosperity of Morocco.
