Home Fix is an innovative project that operates through a user-friendly mobile application, serving as a platform for customers to easily access and request maintenance services. The app allows users to select the desired service, specify the issue, provide location details, and receive transparent pricing based on the type of service needed, the nature of the problem, and the estimated duration of service execution, and our qualified technicians visit customers' locations to execute the service. After service completion, customers have the opportunity to rate and review the technicians, ensuring accountability and quality control. Home Fix company is one of the startups under the BIG by Orange Jordan. We are committed to providing the best technical workforce, including both women and men, after training and certification. This enables them to offer their services to users according to sound technical rules and at a reasonable cost commensurate with the actual work completed. One of our primary objectives is to enhance the overall quality of home maintenance services provided to households and establishments across Jordan.
