Idea: The idea originated from my personal struggles when I founded my own project and the numerous mistakes that taught me the right way at a high cost. To help new project founders avoid these mistakes, I designed this content to be delivered in its simplest form, either as audio or as audio-visual content. This podcast will feature specialized discussions with various financial managers, entrepreneurship trainers, and specialized accountants from diverse companies. The discussions will revolve around the challenges that project founders may face during the establishment or operation phases. Objective: To raise awareness among individuals with ideas who are in the process of establishing startups, helping them avoid the common mistakes that any project founder might encounter, regardless of their goals and purposes during the establishment or operational phases. For example: How to calculate pricing for services or goods. The issue of cash flow and how to manage it and schedule payments. Clear handling of incoming and outgoing checks. How to calculate the break-even point of the company and deal with it. How to record the current financial status and perform forecasting. How to handle taxes, and distinguish between income tax and sales tax. Accounting for non-accountants.
