The project aims to address key challenges faced by farmers, suppliers, distributors, and consumers in the agricultural sector by providing transparency, traceability, and efficiency in the supply chain. In Sierra Leone, agriculture is the backbone of the economy, providing livelihoods for a majority of the population. However, the agricultural supply chain faces numerous challenges that hinder its efficiency and effectiveness and make it less attractive to citizens as a career for the nation's economic growth.
